WINE doesn't emulate, they recreate the binaries in open source to run the games.

Linux's end user experience isn't as good as say Windows, but i also suppose if you were using Linux since you were 8 and switched to Windows at 20 you'd think Windows would suck huh.
The beauty of Linux is that it's free, and from a business point of view you can save thousands off of not using windows and their CALs.
