Weird morrowind skipping music?

It play perfectly on max settings, however the music skips. Not the sound effects, not the entire character or etc. just the music.

It's quite odd, really. Anyone have any advice?
And does anyone know of a mod or something that fucking adds MORE than just one song for the entire game? It gets annoying after a while...

Skips as in cuts in and out? If so, only thing I can think of is either the file is corrupted in a sense, poor buffering, or you might want to check sound settings.

Ehrm.
I would be walking, and it would Constantly repeat a segment as if you were about to crash, but it was running perfectly fine at full speed with voices and sounds running in realtime.

It has downs.
