The best way to get taller is the build up muscle. Then one you have a bit more muscle, you can begin these special stretching routines that help to increase your length overall.
I don't know the names of the routines though, just search them up on Google or something.

Eat healthy. Your growth can be stunted if your body doesn't receive the nutrients required.
Exercise is also a big factor in growth.

so stretching really do helps?
@galaxy, thanks for the advice, and I don't think I can ever eat healthy. I always eat meat meat meat xD

Yeah. There are certain stretches that help the most though. I read that in some chicks magazine in the bathroom. ( My sister stockpiles the bathroom with crap like that. )
