I had iiNet when I lived in Australia. It's a tad pricey, but excellent in every other aspect. I got 13mbps average and speedtest and my torrents hit 2megabytes a second at non-peak times.

Their plans offer plenty of bandwidth, and their VOIP is a dream come true.
