You didn't say that you didn't care about the rep, you said that you didn't care about what people thought. That falls into the how people are acting category and they're acting in such a way that they are expressing their feelings. If you don't care about their feelings, why reply? Especially with anything more than 'I don't care'.

I did say I didn't care (As bolded). I said I don't care about what they think, I don't mind them expressing their feelings, it's a good thing but when people seem to be getting worked up over something this small don't you think it's a bit silly?
