I was wondering, how do these people make these elegant themes for W7??? (the ones that you need to patch system files in order for them to work) hm, I tried googling and it only showed me how to make stupid system themes with personalization.. anybody know how they do this? o.o

yeah I did that last year. there is a program that lets you export that files (( which are sprites sheets )) and then import them back in.
