I'm all about passive upgrades, that way I have less button mashing to worry about.

I agree with this, if 2 things were even in strength Id take the passive or even if the passive was a little bit weaker Id take it

rally lasts like 20 seconds, 250 seconds cooldown i think and it's stationary.
