Died on me when something stopped responding.
Is there anyway to fix it without restarting? (I cant at the moment, and its annoying)
Edit: Oh wow, this was so easy to fix.
I typed Aero into windows search and hit the find and fix display problems or something, and it fixed it.

Taskkill WinSAT.exe (from Task Manager), it's a common problem in all Win7. You might also want to disable the task from the Task Scheduler (Library/Microsoft/Windows/Maintenance).

Lies it's not all Windows 7 machines, I don't even have that process in my Task Manager.

It lays in all Windows 7 machines, yes. In the task scheduler anyway, it will run at 0100 every Sunday if your machine is idle. If it doesn't run as scheduled, then of course it won't show up as a running process.

You can disable it from running as well.

Start -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Task Scheduler

On the left, select the following branches inside the tree view:
Task Scheduler Library -> Microsoft -> Windows -> Maintenance

It will be there, which you can either delete or disable.
