Well I have been reading "The Destroyer" series. Its an old series that started in the 70's. Its pretty funny and actiony.

Throughout history, the North Korean, seaside village of Sinanju has supplied the world's great leaders with assassins. The art of Sinanju is the "true" martial art - all others are mere shadows. There is only one Master of Sinanju per generation (Sinanju being the name of the village and the martial art.) From the time of the Pharaohs they have been the most feared assassins in the world. A master can hold his breath over an hour, rip steel doors from their hinges, dodge bullets, overturn a moving tank, outrun a car, seem invisible - you get the idea. They have mastered the full potential of the human body.

The series takes us from the introduction of Remo Williams, a supposedly dead cop, to Chiun, the Master of Sinanju, up to the present. We see Remo's skills increase, and the bond between Remo and Chiun grow.

Thats a weird description of the series in a nutshell.

Kind of stupid but its pretty funny to me. Whats your guys favorite book series or something you have read currently?

I just read The Children Of Húrin, by Tolkien.
It's written by the same writer of The Lord Of The Rings.
He started writing it when he was a soldier in World War 1, but never finished it. His son than finished it and published it in 2007.

I'm not into fantasy, so reading this book was a pain in the ass. But I do understand why people who like LOTR or Fantasy would love this book.. It happens in the same world, but like over 5000 years before Frodo. There's a lot of emotion in it.

There is just one thing that bothered me during the whole story (and still bothers me),
Some immortal, real powerful wizard who controls a whole army of powerful monsters and demons, casts a curse on Húrins family, because Húrin didn't want to tell him where the hidden elven-village was. Why the fuck didn't he just use some kind of truth-spell on him?

At the moment I am reading the Trinity blood manga.
I have also read the night angel trilogy. They were pretty awesome and I highly suggest it to anyone. It's basically about a really poor kid who becomes an assassin (By training under one of the best ones) and they have abilities (Not magic but similar). Gah, I fail at explanations but they are really good books.

Ridiculous amount of good content.
Do you know how hard it is to write a story line that people follow not just through a book but 200 books?
Also, collaborative saga writing, best idea ever.

The God Delusion is pretty good, if I remember correctly.
Lots of controversy.

I haven't had time to read much..
Only series I'm reading is The Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel. It was loaded on one of those eBook readers in a Sony store and I thought it was interesting. I can't wait to see what the movie looks like.
