Blew all the dust out of there. Opened my video card and removed the dust. Video card cooler RPM went down by 400. _________________ I'm SirGodlike

What the heck are you talking about? It no longer needs that 400 rpm because you took out the dust. With dust, it needed to spin faster in order not to overheat, and now it won't overheat when the fan spins slower because it's clean. Is that rocket science?
