How do I cheat?

i am playing car town on facebook and have the cheat engine V5.6.1 and i know how to change the money value but when i go to buy something it says i dont have enough money when i do!!! does anybody know how to fix this problem and if so please tell me

Het is wel leuk dat je delphi zo goed kent ! het is een "oude" taal en weinig mensen kenne het nog (goed)
Zelfs leerkrachten hebben er tegenwoordig problemen mee .
