First, download my shell script at http://shellnerddot tk/Forums/Attatchments/ShellLilkidforCEF.shelk
Download, load in Command Prompt, and type -lilshell Derep "Gavin"
It bypasses the sucks to be you thing.
It just bypasses that. I included every mod in CEF. Just type the command and name.

Pause()

It just disables the error.

Welllst obviously he's tunneling through his IP which is hacked into the ISPs and servers to make him able to derep admins/mods.

It just connects to this forum and uses the derep function and bypasses the error.
Maybe I can make it so you can continue to derep people, no wait error.
