Open command prompt. Type in netstat -a
Check your open connections. Turn on Windows firewall, remove everything that has access to it. See what tries to go out.

I tried apple's safarai, did the same thing. | I kind of meant a browser that doesn't have over a million security holes.

Follow these steps:
If you got another computer, that is preferred.
1. From the working computer, download Malwarebytes Antimalware
Download link
2. Also manually download the updated rules.
Note: That is their support forum. The rules is posted in post #1 and it's that first link.
download
3. Once you got both files, rename both of them to something shorter
let rename that to mbam.exe and the updates to rules.exe
4. Copy both files to a USB flash drive, and while your at it locate the host file and copy that as well.
5. Insert USB flash drive into infected machine.
6. When the system turns on, press F8 and head into Safemode with Command Prompt
7. In command prompt, head into your flash drive and execute malwarebytes. Type in mbam.exe. When it's done. A option will say update and launch Malwarebytes. Disable those for now. And close it off.
8. Up next you will need the updates, which is also in your flash drive.
Type in rules.exe, begin the setup.
9. Now that it's done, you can either use command prompt to navigate to the location of that program or go the easy way. For the easy way, type in taskmgr
10. Task manager has opened up, in task manager, click on File>New Task, and browse to the location of Malwarebytes Antimalware
location is, C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes Antimalware\mbam.exe
note if you got 64bit windows then it's
C:\Program Files (x86)\Malwarebytes Antimalware\mbam.exe
11. Select quick scan and begin the scan.
12. When it's down remove all infections and restart.
13. In normal mode, run mbam one more time and restart after additional infections have been removed
14. As it's restarting, head back into safemode (just plain ol safemode)
15. In safemode, copy and replace the host file from your USB flash drive.
16. Restart and hope that should get rid of it.

You should get a copy of anti-spyware ,have it installed and then run a full scan. That should do the trick for you.

Well, if all else didn't work, you can use force delete as a last resort. This i will not recommend, but it's effective if you may ask. There could be traces of it yet the problem will not register anymore. But exhaust all possible solution before doing this.

Either way, glad you got it resolved. It does help though when a tech can't find a solution either.
