Huh, I have road runner, and it is 30 MBps. Why is yours broken?

yea 30mps. when it works. entire street uses road runner, no1 can get 99% of the time (it cashed 4 times while typing this message). it connects to internet for a few seconds, then goes offline for a few minutes, and repeats

call them, and i basically get the "life's a bitch aint it" speech
