build base at spawn or build a road from spawn to base

After building near spawn, make a compass because they always point to the spawn.

Go to center of base. Look at compass. Memorise.

Head to spawn, put chest with compass + possibly armour/weapons and other stuff.


When you die, clear the chest and follow the compass in the oposite direction you memorised it in.

Yeah I never really understood that.
I'm almost always on peacful.
I mean, what the fuck do you do at night?
Just mine with a bunch of torches?
Or do you walk around your castle?
...Or I guess you could cover the whole effin map with torches, but that would be kinda stupid.
