| i think i've smoked about 10-20 cigarettes in the span of a year. usually only while rolling or tripping and a friend happened to have cigarettes. i smoke weed every day though.

yes, but if you have a medical weed card you can smoke (but not in public), and grow in your house. i don't have one but i still get the benefits of my friends card.  there is currently a proposition, prop 19, to legalize weed in california for ages 21 and up.
