| Cloud's jacket isn't that bright of a blue, and the sword just doesn't fit there. Also Photoshop CS, CS2, CS3, CS4 or CS5. Don't use Elements.

| Yeah put the sword in the holster, learn to shade (unless you're going for an artsy look and not realism, in which case it's fine), and don't blur so much.

Then where do i put the other hand Q-Q?
I just sort of used a real picture and built off of that
Hmmm this is pretty newb of me, but should i use the burn (darken) to shade it?
or should i find a tool like 'flashlight' and pick a light source?

You should use the paintbrush with different tones of the same color to shade.
Why not have the other hand be holding a camera, just like in the picture?

Get rid of that mosaic shit in the background, make things more...
defined, everything in it looks blurred.
