Not bad, a bit jumpy but that's to be expected. You followed the camera movement quite well.

the quality of the shit is a little different than from everything else. If you got them down to the same level it would look a little better.

I used adobe after effects to track the movement of the camera and then placed the spaceship into a fixed position. The tracking isn't always perfect so that's why it's a little bumpy.
