thanks for pm but thats not the sort im after im weary of aimbotters all i need is a code to unlock titles and emblems nothing else bud but many thanks

CE will most likely not help you to unlock those. It possibly could but considering those are unlocked every so often you would really have to play until one was unlocked then scan for values. Play until another was unlocked then rescan for changed values. You could probably do this alot easier by trying to hack you game data file.

Unless MW2 stores all this on the server in which case you are boned.
