The hat needs some work, its not as tidy as the rest.

First things first, it looks like you just used some random junk to fill a whole side of the canvas and then you placed a render and attempted to blend it in.

The lighting is alright except it's too bright.

The text is badly placed and terrible. Period.

First glance at this and I thought to myself, "The man is holding his head for a good reason."

I'm not really a fan of the texture you used here. It's too uniform. Contrast is your friend. As is empty space. As designers I feel we want to fill every inch of canvas, this is bad. You want empty space to balance out the image.

I also don't really like the way that the subjects head is cut off.

My biggest concern with this piece however, would be the text placement. Maybe this is best kind of my petpeeve, but why would you place it over your subject when you have a whole other side of the sig to balance out.
