if you right click on the address, and click "find what writes to this address" and the address changes so you have the thing pop up, click on it and say more info, the pointer'll be right there "the pointer of this address is most likly to be ___________" and the offset'll be in red, some thing like "00458938 - sub [ebx+00000310],eax" 00000310 is the offset.
