First, go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
Then open Hosts in notepad and add this line to the bottom
90.191.141.221 www.minecraft.net
exactly as is.
Now, login useing whatever name you want with any password.

Enter the SMP server: 90.191.141.221
