ok im trying to find the value for the X coordinate in silkroad but the address changes alot. so this is what i do:

1. search up the value(i can only find the value on Text) and i find two addresses.

2. find out what writes to that address. i get 3 things

3.Then i do a hex search, 4 bytes for the value of the pointer needed to find the address and i find nothing.

4. i try the other 2 things that write to the address and find 0 on all those too.

5. so i try the 2nd address and i find out what writes to that address and three things come up.

6.and just like before i search the values and 0 results

am i doing everything right , does anyone know how to find the address that doesnt change, any help would be appreciated thx.[/img]

ill help you out, but i cant get any CES or UCEs to attach to silkroad, canu tell me the settings on ur CE?
also, do u have MSN or AIM so we can talk fastER?

you need to bypass gamegaurd which you can do by using isrobot and a edited client. you can get these two things here: http://down.botsmall.com

once you download those two things replace your old sro_client thats in the silkroad folder with the one you just downloaded then start the bot, a finger icon will appear in the taskbar then you click on the finger and go to start SRO and an error usually comes up just launch sro normally then

i cant get it to work it restarts my computer or it says it cant attach

1. Why are you searching in Text? You have to search in 4 bytes, unless it you already did.
2. If you cannot find an address that points to this address, then the address should not change at all. Believe me, I found the X/Y Values in MapleStory.
