SO there is this website that i visit, everytime you visit the website you gain 1 view points, so what I did was put an small heavy object on my F5 button to keep the page refreshing.... sadly after leaving it for like 10 mins.... I cannot access any webbrowser anymore on my desktop. Right now I'm using laptop btw.
what happened?

Are you using windows? xp vista windows 7 ect???
then you can have to go to my computer then go to C drive then go to windows folder then find system32 folder and find hal.dll
you have to delete hal.dll because it is a exe file that sites like that give you if you don't use the rules
after you delete it restart comp and it should be fixed
