Hello, I still cannot find any help about the module thing.

I have found an address, then located the base static pointer (green) to it in Wc3 game. (e.g: 00FF32A3 -> 07FF3203 + 5c = value "Closed")

I found in my searches that people get modules like: "[Storm.dll+0x55708]+0x234" for the base pointer thing.

How can I get/resolve & use these modules, Any help please?

toolhelp32snapshot and then getmodule32first/next until you find the module with the specific name

if you're asking how to get the modulename notation with ce: just add a green address to the list and it'll have that notation (just doublecick the address in the entry)
Or open that address in the disassembler part and press ctrl+m
