It's actually the worst, when I tried it, it deleted my modified explorer thinking it was a virus, (I have a custom start orb) it deleted 2 of them, lucky I had one more. It also detects many important .dll's running as viruses. Nortan over did it.

Norton is a fucking horrible AV, I have it running in the background right now sadly though.
If you want a good AV, use Trend Micro PC, Its actually one of the better ones out there.

But I don't use Antiviruses. I just use advanced system care to remove malware and optimize. It's pretty damn useful.
