AT&T Highest Speed Elite (not including uverse), paying $38/month -____- Should I switch my ISP or stay.. my other option is Charter. How fast is Charter for around $30/month?

I have the same but every so often it shits out horribly. They keep saying something is wrong at the transformer but they have not fixed it. |
Heh, it seems every state but NJ has issues with Comcast.
A few of my friends and coworkers that live around the US have Comcast and they all say it's terrible where they live. I haven't had much issues with them except 2 semi-major outages and annoying techs that are clueless to everything and anything. Other then that the internet here is great from them. |
After messing with my router and slapping it about a few times I have this.
Perhaps I have the magic touch,or perhaps I taught it to not piss me off. The only real thing I did was remove the wep and use the built in auto security on the router. With that I just leave a wireless pc trying to connect and then press the button on the router. After that my shit got better.
With the recommended server on speed test I got this
This is a tiny bit more than average according to their chart.

Do you have their standard package or do you have the Triple Play Boost! or Performance! packages? Mines the dirt regular original 4Mbps package that has been constantly upgraded since I've had it.
