Oats and skinless/boneless chickenbreast. All day everyday, to drink? Fucking milk and water, that is all. Can't wait until I get money to start this.

| Good luck man, remember that any soda ruins a diet. It's a good choice to go with milk and water, or if you get a bit tired of those two drink gatorade. (On occasion)

Except, since no ones home with me
Breakfast - Wheatabix
Lunch - (today) Toast, Tuna sandwiches
I gain no weight, I also eat after dinner too.
But I train 6 days a week
