Demoman is pretty awesome in 6v6-9v9

It's slightly true but you still have to aim in some occasions. Aiming isn't pointless at all, but you can still get kills without it.

For a demoman, the timing is more important, I think.

Which is hard against people that don't run straight at you, or straight in one direction for 2 hours.
