Pirate it.
It's singleplayer, but it has multiplayer deathmatches, seiges, and other cool shit.
It has no fantasy aspects except for the world it takes place in, it has realistic physics and real world weaponry. It's probably the most dynamic RPG I've ever played. You can join the army of any nation of your choosing, have limitless armies of your own, raid villages, do quests, siege cities, do crimes, stop bandits, etc. Anyways, you're entitled to your own opinion.
