Well whenever the webpage is finished loading, it quickly scrolls me down to the bottom of the page
Any fix for this?

I've not been able to find anyone else with that issue.
You could try to disable autoscroll.
about:config in your address, search middlemouse.scrollbarPosition set to false default is true.
Also do you have any add-ons installed? You could try disabling them to see if one is causing your issue.
Then of course there's the old uninstall and reinstall.
I like Hero's suggestion of the spacebar.
There is also a mouse gesture setting do you have mouse gestures enabled? about:config browser.gesture.swipe.down value is cmd_scrollBottom

My hand is not on the spacebar
Tried the abour.config settings
It is already on false
and cm_scrollBottom is already there
It is a weird error but it would be great if I could fix it without reinstalling FF

None of your settings or addons are lost when you uninstall it, assuming you don't check the checkbox that asks if you'd like to...
