Yeah, but I haven't exactly heard on the news that the real estate business has been "bouncing back"

California's real estate economy is actually going back up, while the rest of the US is staying low/sinking further.
Kinda weird, but meh more money for me.

(about $150-300 a day, different schedule every day)
side job: concrete work
usually $500+, depends on job size (takes awhile to complete tho)
