| Well in here (Netherland) you have to past your car theory idk how many question i think 65 questions you only can have 5 or 6 wrong i got 1 wrong and then you have to get lessons you can decide how many you take well i payed 20 lessons i had now 3 hours so 17 hours left and then you get an car exam with a man or a lady she sits next to you and then he/she says go here or there if you make 1 mistake you will go fffuuu and my question is how do you get your licenses where you live?

Not positive because I've never tried to get my license but I think in Australia it's near the same.
You answer questions, you pass it, then a female drives with you and scores you.

Hey your vocab sucks.
Other than that though, I'm not sure.
I got my learner's permit here in NY after answering 20 questions correctly (out of 20). It was pretty easy.
The driver's permit i'm not sure. I think it's just the practical. (aka driving with some chick and scoring her)

driving license: need to be 18 for it :computer exam and practical exam. theory computer one is fucking easy, the practical one is a little hard, mostly because of the parking tests.( box parking and paralel parking )
weapon carrying licence: need to be at least 18 for it: explain your situation and society environment. fill up some forms, have proof you own a lot of money.

Don't listen to Rick, he's lying. In our country you have to play GTA IV for 45 minutes without getting more than a single star, and without getting caught by the police.

| You need to be 15 1/2 to start learning, 16 to apply for license after passing exam and taking class, and at 18 you can apply without exams or classes, just to the drive around with the person next to you thing.

Actually I can do that all day.
I went for two hours punching people out in GTAIV without a single star. Eventually though I hit a hooker who pulled a gun on me and I died.
