* H-28G Evolution Turret
o Base damage increased to 30/38/46/54/62 from 28/36/44/52/60
o Turrets no longer get bonus attack damage based how many hits they have landed
o Ability Power coefficient reduced to 0.2 from 0.25

Riot is bad at balancing.

Edit, Oh wow and they buff Ryze

I do not understand why they keep nerfing heimer, if you aren't completely horrible you can kill him easily.

He isn't very good late game (Well at least the people I have played with were not) I have also found mordi can push better then heimer if they are a good player.
