Thought Daleks chould "recycle" other creature for making more of their own race. Then there is only those awesome suits they need more of!

Daleks can't recycle other races, to a Dalek all other races are impure. Remember in the final showdown the Daleks were taking human but only 1 in a billion cells was worth converting to Dalek.

Besides Dalek Kahn has seen the whole of time, he set the Daleks up to fail.

Of course it would seem to me that each encounter with the Dr, he flips a switch and destroys nearly all of them. If I were them I'd stop using standard switches. Or reverse everything. Oh you mean the inverse pan dimensional implosion button to release the thermo coupled intercoolers (normally would blow up the ship) actually disintegrates whomever presses it. Problem solved.
