There is no max.
And you can instant level to 100 :/

I just kept on putting skill points in it?
I would have a lot more, but you have to actually fight people in vegas, so i've been doing stamina for a while
And what did you say about instant level to 100?

The stamina is new, i had 30 stamina a week or two ago, but for the masteries in vegas, you have to fight people, so i decided to bring it to 200.
