Lucario. It can know sword dance and extreme speed which has good type coverage since only ghost is unaffected. All others take normal damage.

Preferably Gallade as Flying moves are his weakness.

Honestly, you do not need a fighting type. My scizor knows super power and my swampert knows brick break. They will own any fighting types.
And casual? Not a damn person on here who could beat me.
