Now when i start my task manager and stuff, it shows all the processes and how to i revert those back?

disable the checkbox for show all processes from all users this has nothing to do with cheat engine _________________ Do not ask me about online cheats. I don't know any and wont help finding them. Like my help? Join me on Patreon so i can keep helping
