How do I cheat?

Hey everyone i am new to cheat engine and i have tryed googling for the last 3 hours on how to save the cheats once reciving them so that when i refresh they actually stay there can anyone talk me thru this step by step and leave out no details as i am a little techno crippled :S when it comes to "advanced" stuff like this

explain "refresh".

1 -> refresh your browser window? You're trying to hack a server-sided value. it's impossible

2 -> refresh (restart) your game? You're using a non-static address. Go through the CE Tutorial and pay attention to pointers.

He's probably trying to edit server sided values in a browser game. @OP - what game, and what are you trying to do?
