Wait for the light to go off, get a screwdriver and open up the case

Dispose of any urges to scratch
Look for the video card and remove it from the socket. Put it back in afterwards and check if it's connected correctly.
Breath
Blink
Close the case and put the screws back in.
Breath
Blink
Put the cable back in and turn on your computer
repeat the breathing and the blinking for as long as needed.
