DDR3 is faster than DDR2.
Video ram has multiple types of RAM, amount and speed. Mines like 896MB of DDR3 and its fine.
That CPU isn't anything special (1.8 tri-core) though I've never used an AMD, only ever Intel. So don't take my word.
Edit: 5400RPM HDD? Really need a 7200 for a primary and use the 5400 as storage.

considering it's a laptop, a 7200 works the same on a desktop as to 5400 on a laptop unless you gaming, then it'll make a difference

Can you guys help me find a good gaming laptop on newegg for 500-700$? Price can go a bit over. I've been trying to find one fo like 3 months, but im a fucking retard when it comes to computers.

I meant a 1000$ one, I guess if Im gonna get something that should last me awhile and runs well, 300$ more wouldnt hurt.
