Could you tell me where you got the reviews ;-; (unless they're on the site I listed and I'm blind). Also, are you going to be torrenting?

Also, try Shaw or TekSavvy.

TekSavvy has a 200GB download limit, but dawn has a 125GB download limit.

TekSavvy is somewhat cheaper ($42.95), but has a 10mb/s download plan.

Extreme Cable 10 Mbps 1 Mbps 200 $42.95

Shaw is $45 with the bundle ($55 without), but gives a 15mB/s download plan, and has powerboost.
