I've been playing Torchlight since I got it for $5 during the steam sale and having lots of fun with it.

I'm curious on how to make a reveal map hack. What's the general method to do this in games like this, diablo, titan quest, etc...?

No idea, but I'll bump this post for happies.
Although I have to say, most games should have their own cheat system, and within that cheat system is usually a reveal map cheat.
Take, for example, Warcraft III. You type "iseedeadpeople" and it reveals the map. Only works single player, of course.
Same thing with Baldur's Gate, type (i think) Cheats: ExploreArea()

I'm not sure how it works with new games but Google tells me it just doesn't.
