Pretty sure it's closer to 700-800 MB.

And why did you not like DotA? If it was because of the learning curve, then yeah, give LoL a try because everyone that said it was easier is most definitely right. I've been playing DotA for awhile, I've tried LoL recently and I've done better K/D-wise while getting the hang of LoL than I have when playing DotA as a somewhat experienced player. x_x
