I've yet to see one who can master him to his fullest. I know he is new and all, but still.. It shouldn't take -this- long for people to learn him. Also, too many fails his passive. And IMO he is kinda limited to certain team setups.
@ADHD2 ; Annie and Veigar are definitely great casters. Anivia is a good caster aswell, but she's more handy in other situations. In my experience Veigar can be the most dangerous of them all if played correctly. Keep playing those champs, and you'll end up quite well [Do note that they're some of the harder champions to master]

I've seen great Kog'Maws, especially since is ult is similar to Karthus' in a couple of ways.

Similar to Karthus' ultimate? How?
It strikes from above.. That's about it.. It's much more like Veigars Dark Matter.

Similar in that it's fairly easy to kill people who try to run away with 10 health.

I vsed one smart Kog'Maw while I was trying out AP Teemo on Twisted Treeline, and right before I killed him, he would cast his summoner spell Ghost and end up killing me over and over. Every single time I succeeded in killing him. I ended up with a total of 3 deaths because of his passive, on top of a couple deaths or so I got from dying by his teamates and such. Pretty smart way of using his passive I'd say o_O

| <3 Ashe , good skills, easy to play, not much of a solo champ, but in a team it's godlike.

Well, IMO you gotta play Kogmaw a bit suicidal. Many tries to flee when they're close to dieing, and that makes them loose the effectivity of their passive, because then they have to regain the space between him and his killer.

Indeed awesome. Almost everyone underestimates his poison trail, his aoe slow is amazing, and fling has many uses. RoA Build +1 - Overall he's a great character to play, and you can really pull off some amazing tricks with him. Unfortunately, I haven't seen much of him in a long time. - He may be hard to play good if you soloqueue and end up with retards, as with any other tank.
Before Patch .94, I played alot of Akali. I just recently discovered her true powers and holy **** she's godly. Then .94 got released and I bought Vladimir and now I'm playing him. I got about 10 games so far with him, and I really like him. He's really unfair as he's a ranged tank with a magic nuke (notice he's not OP, just well-balanced, and devastating if played right).
Anyone else hate Ranked Games since you're stuck with freakin' retards and therefor never get up to your true potential? I've played about 20 Ranked matches, and atleast 6 of them had either a leaver, or a complete noob (again, pre .94, so maybe I should try it again soon..)
We should get some build discussions going too, share some good tips :]
Edit : pre .96 patches, sorry.
Edit2: pre .97 god dammit... !

Lol.
Anyways, for Singed, I tend not to go for RoA, because for some reason I always do really well when I grab boots first, and I usually get Tabi or Treads instead of Swiftness because I usually grab a FoN at some point which gives me that movement speed boost that I need. After boots I usually grab Banshee's Veil which is a bit better than RoA at this point due to the fact that it's more tanky and RoA most likely won't reach full bonuses unless it's a game that goes for longer than usual. After Banshee's Veil I usually grab an SF Cape or Thornmail that way I'm usually able to dish out more damage.
For Vlad I've actually seen Warmog stacking work out quite well :0.

For Singed, it's not the actual RoA that's great, but it's the early double-catalysts which results in never going back, every level you get back to 100% hp and mana :b - or close enough.
For Vladimir, Warmogs is a bad choice of item. A fully charged Warmog's gives you 1220 HP. Health regeneration is not useful outside of the laning phase. With your passive, 1220 HP turns into 48,8 AP. Remember, to fully cap warmogs, you need 125 creep kills. Which is a rather impressive amount.
For the same price, you can get a second Rylai's(Because it's a freakin godly item), wich grants you 760 HP and 100 AP. Not to mention, Rylai's does not need to charge, and the slow is not unique = Sanguine Pool 80% slow.
If you don't wanna go for the second Rylai, then analyze the enemy team and get either of the following - Randuin's Omen, Sunfire Cape, Guardian Angel, Banshee's Veil - It depends on what's killing you. All of them are cheaper than Warmog's and grant better bonuses.
*Thanks to Dracozero at LeagueCraft for the math

I'll keep that in mind for Singed, and I didn't realize the Rylai slow wasn't unique. o.o

It's funny how almost nobody knows that Rylais isn't unique. A spell without slow becomes a 70% slow.. Works wonders on Vlad (and any other caster) but seriously Vlad.. A nuke that does 360-400 dmg, 2.3 sec cooldown, with a 70% slow.. Q_Q much [And that's only his Q ability.. Don't even think of E, it'll blow your mind]
Generally when you build a RoA, do you just rush it, or get to catalyst and wait till laning phase is close to an end? Because you'll definately benefit alot more from keeping the catalyst, and then build the RoA when laning is over - Also, a it's not always the best idea to get your built one complete item at a time, it's often better to run around with reagents for serveral items, and then complete them later on (:

Twisted Fate, neat hero, stick with the gypsy. Twitch on the other hand.. Oh lol. When you reach level 30 and somewhat 'high'-elo Twitch is completely useless.. 1 out of 200 times he's not a free kill to the enemy team. No matter how you play him in the later levels, he's just not worth it. There's so many other champions that would've been a better contribution to your team. Twitch is way too squishy, everyone has a common hate against him, so you're sure to get focused down first, really easy to kill and counter. He is way too depending on the element of surprise and people not being at 100% health.. Just no :]
If you do like the assassin style (TF and Twitch are assassins), try out with Akali. Or Ryze/Katarina. They're worth the spot in your team, and they're mean killers with insane (burst) damage, and they're not even true carries (unlike Twitch).
- To be efficient TF in the higher games, you are not the main damage dealer, but you're a stunner. (In team fights at least). With a bit of cooldown reduction you end up getting a 2 second stun with around 3.5 secs cooldown. Your skill on TF is measured by the goldcards you can pull off in a row, and in stressed situations.
I hope this helped, and again, Twitch is only a low tier Champion, like Corki (in public games). I'm sorry to burst your bubble of fun with pwning noobs, but it's sad to realize it yourself once you hit 30..
