my roomie gonna pay 100$ for a retarded Bulletin Board that did not even brake, he just spray painted it, and he's not even able to get the board, because they throw it away! *rage*

Lol at the fact that he has to pay the full price that they've paid for the board and that it does not retain to it's technical and economical value.

He is in no way obliged to pay it as he has not destroyed it

no it's not. considering we are part-owners in it, and spray painting the background black, it's far away from destroying it. it used to stick things too not be some beauty queen. I would still use it, but the decided to throw it out, and make him pay for it without giving him an ability to retrieve it.
