I understand that but with the site you just tested you're not getting your max download speed because the server on the other side can only handle so much, you need to use a torrent to test your max download speed because there is no set max on a torrent, only what is available. So go find a torrent that is seeded very well and has hardly any leechers and go download it, make sure its at least a gig though so you have time to hit your max download speed.
