You obviously don't know TF2 as well as you think you do. Regular rockets are used by EVERY good solly. Every single one. Go look at some competitive teams in any country. Do you see the direct hit? No you do not. A good solly can do way more damage with the extra two rockets anyway, rather than just killing one or two people with all of them.
