can some one help me with paypal?

I am trying to purchase $10 worth of Nx using paypal for CA

my account has $11.51 left

but when i go to purchase the $10 worth of nx it says there is not enough money in the account and asks for a credit or debit card?

i dont have one so what can i do thanks :d

You probably chosed the wrong chose (like for 20k nx or 15nx) play tf2 and not ca -.-
