pretty sure that doesn't matter, I think they used another method but not sure if is clear

| Looks like he took a section of the stock, rotated it, and blended it a bit, then added some lighting filters.

| Except you aren't actually doing anything more than cropping some pictures and adding text and a border. That isn't 'getting into Photoshop'.
